Ulrich Zschunke participated at the 7th DIS Baltic Arbitration Days in Riga. Very interesting discussions and presentations, in particular on proposals to make the New York convention fit for the next 60 years, on corporate disputes with the new DIS rules and of course the CJEU ruling in Achmea and its consequences on foreign investment in the EU.
